Approval of a wholesale account is subject to verification of the information included in the wholesale application. Confidentiality You completely understand that all wholesale information accessed on this site is proprietary and confidential and agree to keep all information confidential as required in the "Confidentiality Agreement". Ordering You may place your wholesale order through our online shopping cart. Once your wholesale status has been approved, you will be able to login and view wholesale discounted pricing. You must be logged in to an approved wholesale account in order to view these prices. Payment Unless terms are granted, payment for wholesale orders is due in full upon placement of order. We currently accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex) and PayPal. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount upon ordering. Minimum Order Minimum order of $100 dollars. Discounts & Coupon Codes You cannot combine discounts or coupon codes. Only one discount or coupon code can be used at a time. Cancellation Wholesale orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days from the order date. Orders cancelled prior to shipment will incur a 10% re-stocking fee. Delivery All products are shipped from Massachusetts. Shipping will be arranged by The Bird Barn unless Retailer requests otherwise at the time of order. Orders are shipped via standard ground USPS, UPS or FedEx unless otherwise stated and agreed. For Resale Only All products are to be purchased for resale only. Your wholesale account is not to be used by anyone other than you or an approved representative of your company. Wholesale products are not for gift giving or personal use. We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account found to be violating this agreement. Returns - All Returns Must Be Preapproved The Bird Barn would like every customer to be completely happy with their purchase and will make every effort to fix a problem with an order. All returns must first be preapproved by The Bird Barn. Please call or email sales@the-bird-barn.com to report the defect and we will arrange a credit or exchange provided all of the return criteria have been met. Credits or exchanges will be entirely at the discretion of The Bird Barn. Order Discrepancies The Bird Barn must be notified of any discrepancies with orders, within 48 hours of delivery.
